School Supply List
Notice: You are not required to purchase or donate school supplies or money. These lists are given as a reference for supplies that will be used in the classroom. These supplies are suggested, not mandatory.
Families, please hold off on purchasing supplies for your child's school year until you hear from your child's teacher. The school purchases a large number of supplies for our TK-5 classrooms. On top of that, most of our Hirsch teachers purchase supplies with their own money over the summer to ensure all students have the necessary supplies from day one of the school year. Funds from our PTO's Fun Run fundraiser gets divided into classroom teacher accounts which is how we fund field trips and additional school supplies.
If you have any questions about donating supplies to your child's classroom, don't hesitate to email your child's teacher or call the school and we'll point you in the right direction.
Some things that all classroom typically go through a lot of are:
- facial tissue
- hand sanitizer
- glue sticks
- Crayola crayons (24 pack)
- Ticonderoga pencils
- pink erasers
